Veal scallopini, homemade spinach/ricotta ravioli with a tomato pancetta butter, sautéed green beans. Fantastic meal! Will serve the ravioli in mini Emile Henry pie dishes next time!
First time making Pot Roast! Cooked it a little too long. Just needs one hour for every pound of meat! It was still pretty tasty!
